Estudio de pre factibilidad para la instalación de un taller de confección de prendas de vestir para niños en la empresa Vitotex E.I.R.L.

Abstract

Los productos a desarrollar en el presente trabajo de investigación son polos tipo t-shirt, polos con cuello de vestir y poleras afraneladas. Estos productos van dirigidos a niños entre 2 y 14 años de edad a nivel de Lima Metropolitana. Como resultado de este estudio se identificó un mercado suficientemente grande, compuesto de niños entre 2 y 14 años en el departamento de Lima que requerirán de polos tipo t-shirt, polos con cuello de vestir y poleras afraneladas. Se está considerando el gran total de niños en Lima y la Provincia Constitucional del Callao. Se venderán 350 247polos tipo t-shirt, 139 405 polos con cuello de vestir y 155 636 poleras afraneladas en el primer año, haciendo una venta total para todos los productos de US $ 3 341 719. La inversión total para el proyecto es de US $ 1 329 723. Esta inversión será financiada en un 44% por los accionistas y el resto a través de préstamos bancarios, el cuál se pagará en 4 años. Finalmente se hizo un análisis económico financiero del proyecto, en donde demostramos la factibilidad del mismo con VAN de US $ 4 729 829 y TIR de 86,86 %.

The products to be developed in this research work are t-shirt type polo shirts, polo shirts with dress collars and flannel shirts. These products are aimed at children between 2 and 14 years of age in Metropolitan Lima. Finally, an economic and financial analysis of the project was made, where we demonstrated its feasibility with a NPV of US $ 4,729,829 and an IRR of 86.86%.
