En los últimos años, el canal de venta digital por medio de aplicaciones ha crecido considerablemente. A raíz de la pandemia mundial, muchas personas mostraron su preferencia en comprar productos de conveniencia por medio de aplicaciones ya que ofrecían productos de calidad en un tiempo corto. Las empresas dentro de este rubro deben mantener la oferta inicial en cuanto a la calidad y al tiempo de atención para poder ser competitivos. Debido a esto, la presente investigación tiene el objetivo de analizar los procesos de una empresa de quick commerce y aplicar cuatro herramientas que permitan optimizar procesos y completar la mayor cantidad de pedidos dentro de los primeros 15 minutos de realizada la orden, impactando así en el nivel de servicio. El modelo propuesto utiliza las herramientas de: pronóstico de la demanda, systematic layout planning, 5´s y estandarización del trabajo, resultando en el aumento del nivel de servicio de hasta 18.6%. Finalmente, el modelo tiene la capacidad de ser replicado por empresas del sector y sirve como base para seguir investigando sobre esta industria creciente. In recent years, the digital sales channel through applications has grown considerably. As a result of the global pandemic, many people showed their preference in buying convenience products through applications since they offered quality products in a short period of time. Companies within this category must maintain the initial offer in terms of quality and service time to be competitive. This research has the objective of analyzing the processes of a quick commerce company and applying four tools that allow optimizing processes and completing the maximum number of orders within the first 15 minutes of placing the order, thus impacting the service level. The proposed model uses the following tools: demand forecasting, systematic layout planning, 5's and work standardization, resulting in an increase in the service level of up to 18.6%. Finally, the model has the capacity to be replicated by companies in the sector and serves as a basis for further research on this growing industry.
