COVID-19: un nuevo reto para la cadena de suministro Palomino Alonso, Nicole Gloria The objective of this article is to identify trends, strategies, actions used against COVID 19 and negative impacts on the supply chain through a literature review and an interview with an expert in the field. At present, the supply chain is known as the set of processes involved in the flow of a product that reaches the final consumer, covering aspects such as planning, storage, distribution, among others; However, this definition has evolved over the years, even more so with the pandemic, its concept is redefined and incorporates new topics, making this research informative, preventive and indicative for the formulation of strategic plans and plans of action through benchmarking. To this end, a thematic introduction and an exhibition of good practices through the state of the art is developed. Likewise, a theoretical base is incorporated in order to guide the reader on the investigation through the most relevant evidence found in articles with similar topics such as supply chain concepts and problems. The results were grouped into topics such as purchasing, storage, distribution, supply and general aspects. Finally, the discussion on the presented findings and the pertinent conclusions is developed; El objetivo de este artículo es identificar las tendencias, las estrategias, las acciones utilizadas frente al covid-19 y los impactos negativos en la cadena de suministro mediante una revisión de literatura y una entrevista con un experto de la materia. En la actualidad se le conoce a la cadena de suministros como el conjunto de procesos involucrados en el flujo de un producto que llega al consumidor final, abarcando aspectos como la planeación, almacenamiento, distribución, entre otros; sin embargo, esta definición ha ido evolucionando a lo largo de los años, más aún con la pandemia su concepto se redefine e incorpora nuevos tópicos, situando a la presente investigación un carácter informativo, preventivo e indicativo para la formulación de planes estratégicos y planes de acción mediante el benchmarking. Con este fin se desarrolla una introducción temática y una exposición de buenas prácticas mediante el estado de arte. Asimismo, se incorpora una base teórica con la finalidad de guiar al lector sobre la investigación por medio de las evidencias más relevantes encontradas en artículos con temáticas similares como conceptos de la cadena de suministro y problemáticas. Los resultados se agruparon en temas como compras, almacenamiento, distribución, abastecimiento y aspectos generales. Finalmente, se desarrolla la discusión sobre los hallazgos presentados y las conclusiones pertinentes.

Revisión sistemática de literatura en el uso de fluidos supercríticos en la industria textil Burgos, Agustina Micaela En el presente trabajo se busca documentar mediante una revisión sistemática de literatura el potencial de los fluidos supercríticos en la industria textil y determinar si es probable alcanzar una producción más limpia con su uso, pues diversos científicos han afirmado que esta tecnología trae como beneficios una reducción en el consumo de agua y generación de efluentes contaminados, especialmente en el área de tintorería textil. Para ello, se realizó un análisis integral de los diversos artículos de investigación existentes referidos al tema de investigación. Para esta búsqueda se tomará en cuenta aquellos de ámbito global posteriores al 2013 que fueron seleccionados luego de implementar filtros basados en criterios objetivos. Acto seguido se procedió a analizarlos agrupando sus resultados y discutiéndolos. De este modo, se obtuvo como resultado principal que la tecnología que abarca el empleo de fluidos supercríticos es el sustituto perfecto de aquellos subprocesos textiles húmedos dentro de la tintorería que por su naturaleza produzcan muchos efluentes contaminados y posean un alto consumo de energía. Finalmente, se concluye que se puede emplear los fluidos supercríticos como método de la química verde para producir beneficios considerables para el medio ambiente y debido a la revisión realizada su aplicabilidad se vuelve más plausible.; The present work seeks to document through a systematic review of literature the potential of supercritical fluids in the textile industry and to determine whether it is likely to achieve cleaner production with their use, since several scientists have stated that this technology brings as benefits a reduction in water consumption and generation of contaminated effluents, especially in the area of textile dyeing. To this end, a comprehensive analysis of the various existing research articles on the subject of research was carried out. For this search, those of global scope after 2013 will be taken into account, selected after implementing filters based on objective criteria. Then, they were analyzed by grouping their results and discussing them. Thus, the main result was that the technology that includes the use of supercritical fluids is the perfect substitute for those wet textile sub-processes within the dyeing industry that by their nature produce many contaminated effluents and have a high energy consumption. Finally, it is concluded that supercritical fluids can be used as a method of green chemistry to produce considerable benefits for the environment and, due to the review carried out, their applicability becomes more plausible.

Estudio de prefactibilidad para la producción de crema facial a base de ortiga Vargas Carrascal, Diana Valeria; Vera Ruiz, Diana Gabriela En el presente trabajo de inversión se presenta un producto innovador en el mercado del cuidado facial utilizando como materia prima a la planta de ortiga, la cual tiene múltiples beneficios medicinales y es de fácil obtención pues puede crecer en muchos lugares del Perú. El objetivo es cubrir la demanda de cremas para el tratamiento de acné en el mercado peruano con un producto que sea de origen natural. Para ello se realiza la presente investigación sobre la factibilidad del proyecto. En el capítulo uno se presenta el tema y los objetivos de esta investigación, así como la hipótesis de esta. Luego, en el capítulo dos se presenta un marco teórico y referencial con la metodología usada para el análisis de la implementación del proyecto. Seguidamente, en el capítulo tres se presenta la metodología del proyecto que consiste en el cálculo de la demanda a partir de la demanda histórica del consumo de cremas para el tratamiento de acné en Lima Metropolitana y luego el cálculo del porcentaje de la demanda no cubierta que abarcará la empresa en el inicio de sus operaciones. Después, se presenta la localización de la planta productiva, la cual será en el departamento de La Libertad. También, se determina el tamaño de planta teniendo en cuenta los factores limitantes como el punto de equilibrio, la demanda del producto y la inversión a realizar. Una vez obtenido el nivel de producción anual que debería tener la empresa, se calcula la capacidad de planta y el cuello de botella del proceso. Asimismo,se calcula la inversión total del proyecto y se realiza un análisis económico-financiero para ver la viabilidad del proyecto. Finalmente, se presentan los resultados generales del estudio, las conclusiones y recomendaciones para implementar la planta de producción de crema de ortiga.; In this project, an innovative product is presented in the facial care market using the nettle plant as raw material, which has multiple medicinal benefits and is easy to obtain as it can grow in many places in Peru. The objective is to obtain the demand for acne treatment creams in the Peruvian market with a product that is of natural origin which is part of an extended preliminary study. Chapter one presents the theme and objectives of this research, as well as its hypothesis. Then, in chapter two a theoretical and referential framework is presented with the methodology used for the analysis of the project implementation. Next, in chapter three the methodology of the project is presented, which consists of calculating the future demand based on the historical demand of cream consumption for the treatment of acne in Metropolitan Lima and then the calculation of the percentage of the demand not covered that the company would produce at the beginning of its operations. Then, an evaluation is carried out to determine the location of the factory which resulted in La Libertad. Also, the size of the plant is determined taking into account the limiting factors such as the equilibrium point, the demand for the product and the investment to be made. Once the annual production level that the company should obtain is premeditated, the plant capacity and the process bottleneck are calculated. Likewise, the total investment of the project is measured and an economic-financial analysis is carried out to see the viability of the project. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations are presented to implement the nettle cream production plant.

Instalación de una planta de producción de mantequilla a base de leche de alpaca Solari Arana, Sebastián Manuel; Travi Magener, Fernando Jose El presente trabajo de investigación busca analizar la viabilidad técnica, comercial, financiera y social de instalar una planta productora de mantequilla a base de leche de alpaca. Para esto, en primer lugar, se analiza el mercado, con el fin de determinar la demanda potencial que será el primer paso para observar si el producto puede ser fabricado industrialmente. Para lo cual se considera los posibles patrones de consumo, el público objetivo y su crecimiento, así como el uso de encuestas para determinar la intensidad, la frecuencia y la intención de compra. En segundo lugar, se analizará la localización óptima de la planta, considerando distintos factores, entre ellos: la disponibilidad de materia prima, la cercanía al mercado y la capacidad de la mano de obra. Esto se desarrollará sin antes haber analizado que aspecto es el que determina finalmente el tamaño de la planta a instalar. En tercer lugar, se evaluará la ingeniería del proyecto, considerando el proceso de producción necesario, la tecnología y maquinaria requerida y la determinación del cuello de botella en base a los tiempos que toma cada proceso. Una vez finalizado este análisis, se podrá realizar la disposición de planta, obteniendo un plano general. Posteriormente, se desarrollará una investigación acerca de la inversión requerida, considerando que se necesitará adquirir la infraestructura de la planta, así como la maquinaria y equipos y demás materiales. Una vez obtenido el costo de la inversión y considerando tanto la demanda para proyectar las futuras ventas como los distintos costos mensuales futuros, se podrá observar si efectivamente el proyecto es financiera y económicamente viable. Por último, se analizará el impacto social de elaborar una planta como la descrita.; This research work seeks to analyze the technical, commercial, financial, and social feasibility of installing a butter-producing plant based on alpaca milk. For this, first, the market is analyzed to determine the potential demand, which will be the first step to see if the product can be manufactured industrially. For which the possible consumption patterns, the target audience, and its growth are considered, as well as the use of surveys to determine the intensity, frequency, and purchase intention. Second, the optimal location of the plant will be analyzed, considering different factors, among them: the availability of raw material, proximity to the market, and the capacity of the workforce. This will be done without first having analyzed which aspect is the one that finally determines the size of the plant to be installed. Third, the engineering of the project will be evaluated, considering the necessary production process, the technology and machinery required, and the determination of the bottleneck based on the times each process takes. Once this analysis is finished, the floor plan can be made, obtaining a general plan. Subsequently, an investigation will be carried out on the required investment, considering that it will be necessary to acquire the plant infrastructure, as well as the machinery and equipment and other materials. Once the cost of the investment has been obtained and considering both the demand to project future sales and the different future monthly costs, it will be possible to see if the project is financially and economically viable.
