Abstract

The present plan of improvement has an principal objective optimize the productive process of natural coffees of “Cooperativa Agraria de Servicios Café Hemalu de los Bosques del Inka”, therefore It is necessary decide different options of solution that help to the organization to be more effective en all the process with the purpose to achieve greater competitiveness in the export market. In the chapter 1 we will meet general aspects of the organization, also justify the reasons of the improvement plan and will establish specific objectives with the purpose of evaluate all the productive process and propose one alternative system, efficient and viable. In the chapter 2 we will analyze the internal aspects and extremely that makes influence in the developing of the organization, establish a lot of strategies against to the opportunities and environmental threats. In addition to this, we will do a diagnostic through the Klein analyze for decide the area of less performance and kind of process that show less improvement, for later identify the principal problems through selection matrix. In the chapter 3 we will do a detailed description of the process and will establish goals for specific objective, moreover we will identify the causes of the problems, through the Ishikawa diagram, next to this decide the principal causes of the trouble through the root cause selection matrix. In the chapter 4 we will propose the different alternatives of solution for the problems’ causes for specific objective, for it we will do a qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the possible solution’s alternative and we will prioritize the best alternatives of solution. In the chapter 5 we will take the best alternatives of solution and we will do the plan of implementation, setting objectives and goals for the fulfillment of the improvement plan. On the other hand we will do the general budget required for the implementations’ plan of improvement. By last, in the chapter 6 we will determine different stages for the proposed solution and will do a comparative between the planned investments like organization and with the improvement plan after that, we will do economical financial analyses of the growth projections in the currently situation with the improvement plan. Next to this, we will do an evaluation’s impact of the proposed solution. Optionally, in this chapter we will evaluate the financing area for decide the necessary credit line.

El presente plan de mejora tiene como objetivo principal optimizar el proceso productivo de cafés naturales de la Cooperativa Agraria de Servicios Café Hemalu de los Bosques del Inka, para ello se determinarán alternativas de solución que ayudarán a la organización ser más eficiente en sus procesos, a fin de lograr mayor competitividad en el mercado de exportación. En el capítulo uno se conocerán aspectos generales de la organización, asimismo se justificarán las razones del plan de mejora y se establecerán objetivos específicos con la finalidad de evaluar todo el proceso productivo y proponer un sistema alternativo, eficiente y viable. En el capítulo dos se analizará los aspectos internos y externos que influyen en el desarrollo de la organización, estableciendo estrategias frente a las oportunidades y amenazas del entorno. Asimismo, se realizará un diagnóstico mediante el análisis Klein para determinar el área de menor rendimiento y tipo de proceso que presenta menor desempeño, para luego identificar los principales problemas mediante la matriz de selección. En el capítulo tres se realizará una descripción detallada del proceso y se establecerán metas por objetivo específico; asimismo, se identificarán las causas de los problemas, mediante el diagrama de Ishikawa, para luego determinar las principales causas de los problemas mediante la matriz de selección de causas raíces. En el capítulo cuatro se plantearán alternativas de solución para las causas de los problemas por objetivo específico, para ello se realizará una evaluación cualitativa y cuantitativa de las alternativas de solución y priorizará las mejores alternativas de solución. En el capítulo cinco se tomará las mejores alternativas de solución y realizará el plan de implementación, estableciendo objetivos y metas para el cumplimiento del plan de mejora. Asimismo, se realizará el presupuesto general requerido para la implementación del plan de mejora. Por último, en el capítulo seis se determinará escenarios para la solución propuesta y se realizará una comparativa entre las inversiones previstas como organización y con el plan de mejora; seguidamente, se realizará un análisis económico financiero de los escenarios con proyecciones de crecimiento en la situación actual y con el plan de mejora. Asimismo, se realizará la evaluación del impacto de la solución propuesta. Opcionalmente, en este capítulo se evaluará el área de financiamiento, para determinar la línea de crédito necesaria.
