Estudio de prefactibilidad para la implementación de una planta productora de bebidas energizantes a base de maca, (Lepidium peruvianum chacon), complementado con frutas exóticas y endulzado en stevia

Abstract

The present prefeasibility study has as its main objective the establishment of technical, economic, social and market viability for the implementation of a plant producing energy drinks based on maca, sanky, pitahaya and sweetened in stevia in presentations of ecoflex plastic packaging of 300 ml The objective has been determined through analyzes divided into the following chapters: During the first 02 chapters, the general aspects of the project are detailed, through the definition of objectives and hypotheses, with the respective justifications of the case. Likewise, the business sector is analyzed and market attention is defined, which will be 420,280 bottles and 502,889 bottles during the first and last year of operation. In the third and fourth chapter, the analysis is presented regarding the macro and microlocazación of the plant and the size of the same, which will be installed in Metropolitan Lima, province of Metropolitan Lima, district of San Juan de Lurigancho and have a capacity of 502,889 bottles or 150,866.85 liters, without presenting limitations in inputs or technology, since resources and machines can be easily acquired. In the fifth chapter, the engineering of the project is defined, where the flow of the productive process and necessary resources (machines, operators) are presented. On the other hand, analyze the key factors, stories such as quality, safety and health at work and associated environmental impacts, in addition to the calculation for obtaining the various areas within the plant. In addition, in the sixth chapter, see details of the structure of the company, after defining the mission, vision and values. It also details the specific functions of each job. Finally, the last 02 chapters refer to the calculation of the investment and financial and social results of the study. An investment of 661,766 soles, tangible assets, intangibles and working capital has been estimated. The results of the study had a demand of 420,280 bottles and 502,889 bottles during the first and last year of operation, representing an economic NPV and IRR of 196,524 soles and 21.15%, in addition to a financial NPV and IRR of 275,279 soles and 46, 95%, in addition to 36,765 soles as capital density.

El presente estudio de prefactibilidad tiene como objetivo principal el establecimiento de viabilidad técnica, económica, social y de mercado para la implementación de una planta productora de bebidas energizantes a base de maca, sanky, pitahaya y endulzado en stevia en presentaciones de envases plástico ecoflex de 300 ml. El objetivo ha sido determinado a través de análisis divididos en los siguientes capítulos: Durante los 02 primeros capítulos, se detallan los aspectos generales del proyecto, a través de definición de objetivos e hipótesis, con las respectivas justificaciones del caso. Asimismo, se analiza el sector del negocio y se define la atención del mercado, la cual será de 420.280 botellas y 502.889 botellas durante el primer y último año de operación. En el tercer y cuarto capítulo, se presenta el análisis respecto a la macro y microlocazación de la planta y tamaño de la misma, la cual será instalada en Lima Metropolitana, provincia de Lima Metropolitana, distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho y contará con una capacidad de 502.889 botellas o 150.866,85 litros, sin presentar limitaciones en insumos ni tecnología, dado que los recursos y maquinarias pueden ser adquiridos con facilidad. En el quinto capítulo, se define la ingeniería del proyecto, donde se presenta el flujo del proceso productivo y recursos (maquinas, operarios) necesarios. Por otro lado, se analizan factores claves, tales como calidad, seguridad y salud en el trabajo e impactos ambientales asociados, además del cálculo para la obtención de las diversas zonas dentro de la planta. Además de ello, en el sexto capítulo, se detalla la estructura de la empresa, previa definición de la misión, visión y valores. Asimismo, se detalla las funciones específicas de cada puesto de trabajo. Finalmente los últimos 02 capítulos, están referidos al cálculo de la inversión y resultados financieros y sociales del estudio. Se ha estimado una inversión de 661.766 soles, considerando activos tangibles, intangibles y capital de trabajo. Los resultados del estudio generan una demanda de 420.280 botellas y 502.889 botellas durante el primer y último año de operación (considerando un horizonte de proyecto de 05 años), representando un VAN y TIR económico de 196.524 soles y 21,15 %, además de un VAN y TIR financiero de 275.279 soles y 46,95 %, además de 36.765 soles como densidad del capital.
