dc.description.abstract | This Project includes the design, preliminary calculations that determine the characteristics of the use of solar concentrators; construction, wich includes the manufacture of solar equipment and its structural parts; and implementation of the project with its results, wich will be specifically analyzed in this work. All this with the aim of generating hot water to reduce the consumption of fossil fuels for an industrial customer, wich has a process where the essential oil of lemon is obtained by consuming a large amount of steam power trough an industrial boiler. The final results of the project will demonstrate the great benefits of using solar energy for industrial processes, setting a precedent for future clients, who must migrate to these new solutions in this new era of industry 4.0 to be more efficient, more sustainable and more competitive in a worl that moves faster every year. | en_EN |
