Legislaciones y estrategias interculturales del sector salud por parte de serumistas en la región sierra y selva del Perú

Abstract

Nuestro trabajo pretende encontrar las estrategias y prácticas de médicos serumistas en el presente año para conocer cuáles fueron sus métodos y técnicas empleadas para hallar un proceso intercultural y puedan ejercer una buena práctica médica y velar por la salud de sus pacientes de la comunidad escogida por el SERUMS. También averiguaremos acerca si es necesario una preparación previa en la etapa universitaria para poder tener una relación intercultural efectiva con las comunidades alejadas a las cuales se atenderán durante el SERUMS.

Our work aims to find the strategies and practices of serum doctors in this year to know what were their methods and techniques used to find an intercultural process and to exercise good medical practice and ensure the health of their patients in the community chosen by the SERUMS. We will also find out if prior preparation is necessary in the university stage in order to have an effective intercultural relationship with the remote communities that will be served during the SERUMS.
