Estudio de prefactibilidad para la instalación de una planta de producción de enlatados de pollo ahumado

Abstract

El presente estudio de pre-factibilidad tiene como objetivo determinar la viabilidad de mercado, técnica, medioambiental, económica-financiera y social para la instalación de una planta productora de enlatados de pollo ahumado. En el “Capítulo I. Aspectos generales”, se definió el alcance de la investigación, los objetivos y la hipótesis a comprobar. El “Capítulo II. Estudio de mercado” describe el producto, el sector industrial al que pertenece, el modelo de negocio, la demanda del proyecto y el plan de marketing. En el “Capítulo III. Localización de planta”, se determinó la localidad de la planta tras un análisis de macrolocalización y microlocalización. Resultando elegida la provincia de Lima y el sector industrial de Lurin. En el “Capítulo IV. Tamaño de planta” se identificó el tamaño de planta considerando el mercado, los recursos productivos, la tecnología y el punto de equilibrio. Finalmente, el tamaño de planta fue 1 612 301 unidades de producto terminado. En el “Capítulo V. Ingeniería del Proyecto”, se describió técnicamente al producto y al proceso productivo, el marco regulatorio, la calidad y/o inocuidad, el impacto ambiental, la cadena de suministro y distribución de planta. Determinando que el área total requerida es de 1 865,73 m2. En el “Capítulo VI. Organización y Administración” se detalla la formación de la organización empresarial y su naturaleza como una Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada (S.R.L.). En el “Capítulo VII. Presupuestos y Evaluación del Proyecto” se determina una inversión inicial requerida de S/2 064 177,20, un VAN (financiero) de S/1 168 136,25, un TIR (financiero) de 74,62% y un periodo de recupero de 2 años, 4 meses y 22 días. Cabe resaltar que no se consideró la inflación ni el IGV. Finalmente, en el “Capítulo VIII. Evaluación social” se determina el impacto social y los beneficios que el proyecto genera en la población aledaña.
