Abstract

La presente investigación es una implementación del Préstamo Personal en el Banco ABC (nombre ficticio que se escogió para proteger la confidencialidad del banco real donde trabajé) a través de un convenio público con el Comité de Administración del Fondo de Asistencia al Estímulo para el Sector Educación (CAFAE SE). La iniciativa para la implementación del convenio CAFAE SE nace debido a que, a inicios del primer semestre del año 2018, CAFAE SE decide no renovar el convenio comercial que tenía con otro banco local concluyendo en junio de ese mismo año, dejando a el Banco ABC con la posibilidad de negociar y llevar a marcha el convenio, generando la necesidad de implementar este nuevo modelo de negocio a la medida de los procesos y tiempos de atención establecidos por CAFAE SE. Este convenio ayudaría al banco a alcanzar uno de los objetivos estratégicos del 2018 el cual era el incremento de 10% (S/ 380 millones) en créditos colocados.

The present investigation is an implementation of the Personal Loan at Banco ABC (fictitious name that was chosen to protect the confidentiality of the real bank where I worked) through a public agreement with the Management Committee of the Stimulus Assistance Fund for the Education Sector (CAFAE SE). The initiative for the implementation of the CAFAE SE agreement was born because, at the beginning of the first half of 2018, CAFAE SE decided not to renew the commercial agreement it had with another local bank, putting it to an end in June of that same year, leaving the Bank ABC with the possibility of negotiating and carrying out the agreement, generating the need to implement this new business model tailored to the processes and service times established by CAFAE SE. This agreement would help the bank to achieve one of the strategic objectives of 2018, which was the 10% increase (S / 380 million) in loans placed.
