The following market and location study intent is to investigate in depth factors that affect the eco-friendly project proposal. As a first point, general aspects will include the problem to be analyzed and the objectives to be achieved with the project. In addition, the scope of the research will be defined with a justification of the subject and the respective hypothesis. It would also include the referential and conceptual framework. In the second chapter a market study will be developed. First, the general aspects will be mentioned, and the commercial definition of the product will be displayed. In addition, the uses of the proposed product and the substitute and complementary items will be defined. All this, to determine the geographical area that the study will cover. For a more deeply evaluation, the industrial sector will be analyzed with the five Porter forces and that will propose the business model. Then, the methodologies to be used in the investigation will be explained, which will serve to find the potential demand and the market demand. To finalize this chapter the analysis of the competition will be made and the marketing strategies to be implemented will be defined. Subsequently, in the third chapter, the most outstanding localization factors for the project will be identified and developed, as well as the location alternatives, to perform the evaluation and selection of the macro location and the micro location. In the fourth chapter there will be a brief study of the size of the plant, finding the size of the market, the size of the productive resource, the size of technology and the equilibrium point. The latter will be considered as the starting point. In addition, in the fifth chapter will be touched the engineering issues of the project, in order to obtain the installed capacity along with the machinery required for the process. All of this will be accompanied by topics such as quality, occupational safety and health and the environmental impact that our process generates. n the sixth chapter the business organization will be designed, determining the necessary roles and functions, this will be embodied in an organization chart, establishing the hierarchical organization between the positions. The penultimate chapter includes the budgets and financial evaluation of the project. First, the investments required for launching will be estimated, in addition to production costs. The operational and financial budgets will be detailed, and on this basis an economic and financial assessment will be carried out, with the respective sensitivity analysis. Finally, the project social assessment will be detailed, including social indicators and their respective interpretation.en_EN
