Estudio de prefactibilidad para la instalación de una planta de producción de champú y acondicionador sólido 2 en 1 a base de manteca de cacao (Theobroma cacao), avena (Avena sativa) y aceites naturales

Abstract

La presente tesis tiene como objetivo realizar un estudio de prefactibilidad sobre el lanzamiento al mercado de un champú y acondicionador sólido 2 en 1 a base de manteca de cacao, avena y aceites naturales. Este producto novedoso no utiliza envases plásticos, es altamente rendidor, es ecoamigable; además, brinda humectación y suavidad para el cuidado diario del cabello. En el primer capítulo se explicará la problemática a resolver con la producción del producto; así como los objetivos y alcances de la investigación. El objetivo general del estudio es determinar la viabilidad técnica, económica, financiera, social y ambiental de la implementación de la planta En el segundo capítulo se analizará el mercado competitivo del champú y acondicionador sólido comparando las características y beneficios del producto. Dentro del estudio de mercado, se estimará cuál sería la proyección de la demanda en los próximos cinco años y cuál es la estrategia de precios que se deberá tomar el mercado actual peruano. En los siguientes capítulos se determinará la localización de la planta (siendo esta Lurin, Lima), el tamaño necesario de la planta para satisfacer la demanda proyectada (en este caso el tamaño óptimo es de 5150 cajas/año) y se plantean todos los procesos, maquinarias, insumos que deberán ser implementados en la planta para un óptimo funcionamiento. Es sumamente importante destacar el capítulo V (Ingeniería del Proyecto) ya que se indica cómo se elabora el producto, qué consideraciones se debe tener, y cuál es el cuello de botella en el proceso de producción. En los últimos capítulos se concluye que la instalación de la planta de champú y acondicionador sólido es rentable en el transcurso del tiempo y es necesaria una inversión inicial de S/ 1 685 020 en la que se podrá recuperar y obtener ganancias en base a un periodo de 5 años.

The objective of this thesis is to carry out a preliminary study on the market launch of a solid 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner for straight or curly hair based on quinoa, oats and rosemary extract. In addition, since quinoa is a crop with a high amount of proteins and vitamins, it will strengthen and revitalize the hair along with other oils such as olive, castor and sacha inchi. In the first chapter the problem to be solved with the production of the product will be explained; as well as the objectives and scope of the investigation. The general objective of the study is to determine the technical, economic, financial, social and environmental viability of the plant implementation In the second chapter, the competitive market for solid shampoo and conditioner will be analyzed by comparing the characteristics and benefits of the product. Within the market study, it will be estimated what would be the projection of demand in the next five years and what is the pricing strategy that the current Peruvian market should take. In the following chapters the location of the plant will be determined (this being Lurín, Lima), the necessary size of the plant to satisfy the projected demand (in this case the optimal size is 5150 boxes / year) and all the processes are considered , machinery, inputs that must be implemented in the plant for optimal operation. It is extremely important to highlight chapter V (Project Engineering) since it indicates how the product is made, what considerations should be taken, and what is the bottleneck in the production process. In the last chapters it is concluded that the installation of the solid shampoo and conditioner plant is profitable in the course of time and an initial investment of 1 685 020 soles is necessary in which it will be possible to recover and obtain profits based on a period 5 years.
