Estudio de prefactibilidad para la instalación de una planta productora de muebles de dormitorio multifuncionales hechos de melamina personalizados utilizando realidad aumentada

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación consta de un estudio de prefactibilidad para la instalación de una planta productora de muebles de dormitorio multifuncionales hechos de melamina, para la demanda de proyectos inmobiliarios ubicada en Lima Metropolitana. En el primer capítulo, se plantean los objetivos generales y específicos, se realiza la descripción de las justificaciones, se define la hipótesis del proyecto y se muestra tabla referencial a cinco trabajos, donde se analizan sus similitudes y diferencias al estudio actual. En el segundo capítulo, se realiza el estudio de mercado, primero se definen los aspectos generales del mercado y el producto, luego se determina el área geográfica que abarcará el proyecto para analizar el sector industrial y definir el modelo de negocio, finalmente se calcula la demanda del proyecto y se describen las estrategias de comercialización. En el tercer capítulo, se evalúa la localización de planta, primero se identifican los factores y alternativas de localización, para finalmente realizar un ranking de factores y definir la macro y micro localización. En el cuarto capítulo, se calcula el tamaño de planta en función a la demanda calculada y el punto de equilibrio, de tal manera que se puedan identificar las limitaciones en el tamaño de planta y así obtener el nivel óptimo para la producción. En el quinto capítulo, se realiza la ingeniería del proyecto tomando como referencia las tecnologías existentes y las necesidades de maquinaria y equipos. Finalmente, en los últimos capítulos se define la estructura organizacional del proyecto, se realiza la evaluación económico financiera del mismo y se concluye con una evaluación social.

The following research consists of a pre-feasibility study for the installation of a production plant for multifunctional bedroom furniture made of melamine, for the demand of real estate projects located in Metropolitan Lima. In the first chapter, the general and specific objectives are established, the description of the justifications is determined, the project hypothesis is defined and a reference framework to five studies is shown, where their similarities and differences to the current study are analyzed. In the second chapter, the market study is carried out, first the general aspects of the market and the product are defined, then the geographical area that the project will cover is determined to analyze the industrial sector and define the business model, finally the project demand and marketing strategies are described. In the third chapter, the plant location is evaluated, first the location factors and alternatives are identified, to finally make a ranking of factors and define the macro and micro location. In the fourth chapter, the plant size is determined based on the previously calculated demand and equilibrium point, in such a way that the limitations in the plant size can be identified and thus obtain the optimum level for production. In the fifth chapter, the project engineering is carried out taking as a reference the existing technologies and the needs of machinery and equipment. Finally, in the last chapters the organizational structure of the project is defined, the economic and financial evaluation of the project is carried out, as it concludes with a social evaluation.
