dc.description.abstractLa justicia organizacional es una variable que hace referencia a la percepción que tienen los colaboradores respecto a lo que se considera justo, y tiene repercusiones sobre la experiencia de work engagement. El objetivo de este trabajo es revisar la evidencia empírica de los trabajos relacionados a justicia organizacional y su impacto sobre el work engagement con la finalidad de responder a la pregunta: ¿Es posible que el work engagement sea promovido por los líderes mediante prácticas propias del marco teórico de justicia organizacional? Se realizó una búsqueda sistemática siguiendo las indicaciones de la guía PRISMA (Urrútia & Bonfill, 2010). Las bases de datos consultadas fueron Scopus, Ebsco, Dialnet, Scielo, Redalyc y Proquest. Se seleccionaron los estudios que relacionaba la justicia organizacional con el work engagement (n=10). A nivel de los hallazgos se encontró que existe una relación positiva entre justicia organizacional y work engagement; así también, se halló que las prácticas de gestión en el marco de justicia organizacional influyen, en conjunto con otras variables, a obtener la experiencia de work engagement.es_PE
dc.description.abstractOrganizational justice is a variable that refers to the perception that employees have regarding what is considered fair, and has repercussions on the experience of work engagement. The objective of this paper is to review the empirical evidence of work related to organizational justice and its impact on work engagement in order to answer the question: Is it possible that work engagement is promoted by leaders through practices typical of the framework? organizational justice theorist? A systematic search was carried out following the indications of the PRISMA guide (Urrútia & Bonfill, 2010). The databases consulted were Scopus, Ebsco, Dialnet, Scielo, Redalyc and Proquest. Studies that related organizational justice with work engagement (n=10) were selected. At the level of the findings, it was found that there is a positive relationship between organizational justice and work engagement; Likewise, it was found that management practices within the framework of organizational justice influence, together with other variables, to obtain the experience of work engagement.en_EN
