Estudio de prefactibilidad para la instalación de una planta de indumentaria deportiva con dispositivos GPS para la gestión del rendimiento deportivo

Abstract

El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como finalidad evaluar la factibilidad económica, tecnológica, financiera y ambiental de instalar una planta para la producción de indumentaria deportiva con dispositivos GPS para la gestión del rendimiento deportivo. Se considerará que la vida útil del proyecto será de 5 años. La investigación tiene como público objetivo las instituciones educativas y deportivas en Lima Metropolitana. Existen cuatro segmentos deportivos en el cual, el proyecto realizará la investigación: fútbol profesional peruano, divisiones formativas de fútbol de menores, universidades y colegios. El producto se venderá en kits deportivos directamente a las instituciones, en el cual, llevará dentro el chaleco y el sensor GPS. La planta de producción se ubicará en el departamento de Lima Metropolitana y en el distrito de Santa Anita. Se determinó que la materia prima se podrá conseguir localmente en el país, tanto como la tela de nylon y los componentes electrónicos. Las máquinas y equipos para emplear son manuales y semi automáticas. Respecto al personal directo e indirecto, se contarán con 7 colaboradores administrativos, 1 colaborador indirecto y 13 operarios. Respecto a la inversión total del proyecto, se estimó que será por 393 336 soles, en el cual el 60% será del propio capital de los accionistas y el 40% será financiado con una tasa efectiva anual de 19.44% Cabe resaltar que, para el servicio de la deuda se consideró un año pre operativo y un periodo de gracia parcial con cuotas crecientes. Finalmente se determinó que el proyecto es económica y financieramente viable, con una utilidad neta al final de la vida útil del proyecto por 204 761.18 soles. Tanto el VAN económico y financiero son superiores a cero, y el TIR es superior al COK. Respecto al periodo de recupero, tanto para el ámbito económico y financiero es de 4 años aproximadamente.

The purpose of this research project is to evaluate the economic, technological, financial, and environmental feasibility of installing a plant for the production of sportswear with GPS devices for the management of sports performance. The machines and equipment to be used are manual and semi-automatic. Regarding company’s workforce, there will be 7 administrative collaborators, 1 indirect collaborator and 13 operators. Regarding the total investment of the project, it is estimated that it will be for 393 336 soles, in which 60% will be from the shareholders own capital and 40% will be financed by the bank, with an effective annual rate of 19.44 %. It should be noted that, for the debt service, a pre-operational year and a partial grace period with increasing installments were considered. Finally, it was determined that the project is economically and financially viable, with a net profit at the end of the useful life of the project of 204 761.18 soles. Both the economic and financial NPV are greater than zero, and the IIR is greater than the COK. Regarding the payback period, for the economic and financial sphere is approximately 4 years.
