Abstract

el presente trabajo de investigación se lleva a cabo el estudio de la viabilidad económica-financiera, técnica y de mercado sobre la implementación de una planta productora de zapatos a base de cuero vegetal y fibras naturales. Dentro del mercado de las curtiembres, se observó el continuo decrecimiento de la aceptación de este material en prendas de vestir, ya que los consumidores empezaron a analizar e indagar sobre procedencia de los materiales de fabricación de los productos, inclinándose cada vez más a lo ecológico; por ello, decidimos abrir una investigación acerca de la producción de un zapato con un cuero alternativo. La investigación se realizó a través de métodos cualitativos como cuantitativos y con uso de criterios de segmentación para poder determinar la demanda del proyecto. Del mismo modo, se estableció un análisis de la oferta, competidores, estrategia de precio y políticas de comercialización. Luego, se precisó el tamaño de planta, enfatizando la capacidad y cuello de botella; asimismo, se desarrolló la disposición de planta, desplegando todos los factores involucrados. De la misma manera, se estableció un sistema de control de calidad, mantenimiento y seguridad y salud ocupacional, tomando como prioridad la prevención del SARS-CoV-2. Finalmente, en los últimos capítulos se determinó la evaluación financiera donde se podrá observar la viabilidad del producto a partir del análisis del VAN, TIR y B/C económico y financiero. Del mismo modo, se evaluó algunos indicadores financieros y sociales. Una vez finalizado el análisis de resultados obtenidos en el capítulo de ingeniería de proyecto, disposición de planta y evaluación financiera, se puede concluir que el proyecto es viable.

In this research work, the study of the economic-financial, technical and market viability of the implantation of a plant that produces shoes based on vegetable leather and natural fibers is carried out. Within the tannery market, a continuous decrease in the acceptance of the use of this material in clothing was observed, as consumers began to analyze and inquire about the origin of the manufacturing materials of a product, leaning each time towards the same. ecological; For them, we decided to open an investigation about the production of a shoe with an alternative leather, which is vegetable. The research was carried out through qualitative and quantitative methods and with the use of segmentation criteria to determine the demand for the project. In the same way, the analysis of the offer, competitors, price strategy and marketing policies was established. Then, the size of the plant was specified, emphasizing capacity and bottleneck; Likewise, the plant layout was developed, displaying all the factors involved. Likewise, a quality control, maintenance, and occupational health and safety system was established, prioritizing the prevention of SARS-CoV-2. Finally, in the last chapters the financial evaluation was determined where the viability of the product can be observed from the analysis of the NPV, IRR and economic and financial B / C. Similarly, some financial and social indicators were evaluated. Once the analysis of the results obtained in the chapter on project engineering, plant layout and financial evaluation has been completed, it can be concluded that the project is viable.
