dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realiza con el propósito de generar una propuesta de mejora para incrementar el nivel de servicio a través de la eficiencia de los equipos enfocados en la distribución y gestión de mantenimiento en un centro de mantenimiento funcional. Mediante el análisis de criticidad, se identificó las deficiencias principales para analizar el plan de trabajo idóneo, se planteó una nueva distribución de los equipos y se estableció un programa de mantenimiento. Producto de las acciones realizadas, permitió mejorar la disponibilidad de las máquinas, mejorar los indicadores de mantenimiento e incrementar el nivel de servicio de manera sustancial. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | This research is made with the purpose of generating an improvement proposal to upgrade the service level through the equipment efficiency focused on distribution and maintenance management in a functional maintenance center since a reduction in customer retention was observed, resulting in a 60.09% and equipment efficiency of 42.61%. Through the criticality analysis, the main deficiencies were identified in order to analyze the ideal work plan, a new equipment distribution was proposed and a maintenance program was established. As a result of the performed actions: machines' availability, and maintenance indicators were upgraded; also an increase in the service level of 36% was allowed. | en_EN |
