Plan financiero para aperturar una nueva sucursal de una empresa del sector salud en Lima

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional realizaremos la evaluación financiera de la apertura de una nueva sucursal del centro médico “La Medicina S.A.C.”. El principal objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar y evaluar la factibilidad del nuevo proyecto y si las utilidades futuras, son suficiente para satisfacer el retorno esperado por los accionistas con relación a la inversión que se debe realizar. El Centro de Salud lleva más de 3 años en el mercado y su única sede se encuentra ubicada en la cuidad de Tacna. Debido a los buenos resultados obtenidos, busca expandirse a la cuidad de Lima con la apertura de la sucursal que es materia del presente trabajo. La gerencia de Finanzas de la clínica nos proporcionará la información necesaria para el desarrollo de nuestro trabajo. De esta manera, los resultados a los cuales arribemos serán basados en información real que servirá al Centro de Salud como base para la toma de decisión de abrir la sucursal en la cuidad de Lima. En el primer capítulo se detalla las limitaciones o impedimentos que se tendrá para elaborar el trabajo, asimismo se especifica los antecedentes de la empresa, la experiencia en el mercado, datos financieros y operativos del negocio. En el segundo capítulo se describe de manera detallada el caso en evaluación, donde se encontrarán datos vitales del centro de salud. De igual forma, las herramientas que se usarán para confeccionar los cálculos y obtener un resultado confiable. En el tercer capítulo, los datos actuales del mercado peruano y el sector, los cuales influyen directa e indirectamente a la nueva sucursal. Además, daremos la definición de los conceptos más importantes que se usará en el trabajo. Por último, en el cuarto capítulo se desarrollar de manera detallada todos los análisis de los datos necesarios para realizar un flujo financiero viable y confiable. La determinación de la inversión, costo total de proyecto, los diferentes escenarios que se presentan y un análisis de sensibilidad de los resultados.

In this professional sufficiency work we will carry out the financial evaluation of the opening of a new branch of the medical center "La Medicina S.A.C.". The first chapter details the limitations or impediments that will be encountered in preparing the work, and also specifies the company's background, market experience, financial and operational data of the business. The second chapter describes in detail the case under evaluation, where vital data of the health center will be found. Likewise, the tools that will be used to make the calculations and obtain a reliable result. In the third chapter, the current data of the Peruvian market and the sector, which directly and indirectly influence the new branch, will be presented. In addition, we will define the most important concepts that will be used in the work. Finally, in the fourth chapter, all the data analysis necessary to make a viable and reliable financial flow will be developed in detail. The determination of the investment, total cost of the project, the different scenarios that are presented and a sensitivity analysis of the results.
