Abstract

La presente investigación propone 'Reventa Segura 360', una plataforma oficial y segura diseñada para gestionar la reventa de entradas y abordar estos desafíos de manera integral. El problema central identificado en este estudio es la prevalencia de prácticas fraudulentas en la reventa de entradas, que incluyen la venta de boletos falsos, la inflación de precios y la falta de un sistema confiable para verificar la autenticidad de las entradas. Estos problemas no solo generan desconfianza entre los consumidores, sino que también perjudican a los organizadores y artistas, quienes ven comprometida la integridad de sus eventos y la satisfacción de sus clientes. La propuesta de “Reventa Segura 360” se presenta como una solución tecnológica innovadora que busca transformar el mercado de reventa de entradas en Perú. La plataforma se distingue por su capacidad para garantizar la autenticidad de las entradas mediante el uso de tecnología blockchain, lo que permite un registro inmutable y verificable de todas las transacciones. Además, ofrece precios justos y transparentes, eliminando la posibilidad de inflar artificialmente los costos de las entradas. En conclusión, “Reventa Segura 360' no solo tiene el potencial de resolver los problemas actuales asociados con la reventa de entradas, sino que también puede establecer nuevos estándares de seguridad y transparencia en el sector. La implementación de esta plataforma puede generar beneficios significativos para todas las partes involucradas, promoviendo un entorno más seguro y equitativo para la compra y venta de entradas para eventos masivos.

This research proposes “Secure Resale 360”, an official and secure platform designed to manage ticket resale and address these challenges in a comprehensive manner. The central problem identified in this study is the prevalence of fraudulent practices in ticket resale, including the sale of counterfeit tickets, price inflation, and the lack of a reliable system to verify ticket authenticity. These problems not only generate distrust among consumers, but also harm organizers and artists, who see the integrity of their events and the satisfaction of their customers compromised. The “Reventa Segura 360” proposal is presented as an innovative technological solution that seeks to transform the ticket resale market in Peru. The platform is distinguished by its ability to guarantee the authenticity of tickets through the use of blockchain technology, which allows for an immutable and verifiable record of all transactions. In addition, it offers fair and transparent prices, eliminating the possibility of artificially inflating ticket costs. In conclusion, “Secure Resale 360” not only has the potential to solve the current problems associated with ticket resale, but can also set new standards for security and transparency in the industry. The implementation of this platform can generate significant benefits for all parties involved, promoting a more secure and equitable environment for the purchase and sale of tickets for mass events.
