La implementación de la blockchain para la seguridad en el ejercicio de la función notarial frente al lavado de activos

Abstract

La presente investigación que tiene como título La implementación de la blockchain para la seguridad en el ejercicio de la función notarial frente al lavado de activos, tiene como principal finalidad demostrar la necesidad de la implementación del sistema de la Blockchain para el desarrollo adecuado del ejercicio de la función notarial en el Perú. La metodología bajo la cual se orientó esta investigación tuvo un enfoque cualitativo, de tipología básica, con un nivel descriptivo – explicativo y un diseño no experimental, asimismo, como técnica de acopio y recolección de datos, se empleó el análisis documental. Los resultados permitieron un análisis profundo sobre la implementación del sistema de seguridad de la Blockchain para el ejercicio de la función notarial, mediante la aplicación de su mecanismo de trazabilidad que otorga seguridad, transparencia y certidumbre en lo referido a los servicios notariales, lo que permitirá combatir actuaciones vinculadas con el lavado de activos.

The present research, entitled “The implementation of blockchain for security in the exercise of the notarial function against money laundering”, has as its main purpose to demonstrate the need for the implementation of the Blockchain system for the adequate development of the exercise of the notarial function in Peru. The methodology under which this research was oriented had a qualitative approach, of basic typology, with a descriptive-explanatory level and a non-experimental design. Likewise, documentary analysis was used as a data collection and gathering technique. The results allowed an in-depth analysis of the implementation of the Blockchain security system for the exercise of the notarial function, through the application of its traceability mechanism that provides security, transparency and certainty in relation to notarial services, which will allow combating actions linked to money laundering.
