Estudio de prefactibilidad para la instalación de una planta procesadora de desinfectante líquido a base de eucalipto (Eucalyptus Globulus) y vinagre blanco

Abstract

El presente trabajo consiste en el estudio de prefactibilidad para la instalación de una planta productora de desinfectantes a base de eucalipto y vinagre blanco, evaluando la viabilidad del proyecto en diferentes ámbitos como económico, técnico y social. Iniciamos con la descripción del producto, basándonos en artículos de investigación y otras fuentes necesarias para la correcta información del producto, y hallar el potencial que posee la implementación de la planta. Luego se realizó el estudio de mercado utilizando los métodos, herramientas adecuadas, y segmentando el mercado, geográfica y demográficamente para poder hallar el mercado meta (en este caso son los habitantes de Lima Metropolitana, de entre 25 a 55 años, pertenecientes a los niveles socioeconómico A y B), con el fin de proyectar la demanda del proyecto. Se determinó que la demanda del proyecto serían 65 646 litros para el quinto año de operación. Posteriormente, se realizan los estudios a nivel macro y micro para determinar la correcta ubicación de la planta. Basándonos en estos análisis, se determinó que el distrito de Lurín en el departamento de Lima sería el lugar óptimo. El tamaño de planta se determinó por la relación tamaño-mercado del año 2029 que es de 131 293 botellas/año. Además, se calculó que la planta tiene una capacidad de producción de 168 000 botellas/año. Se determinó que el área total de la planta es de 526,61 m2 y el área de producción tiene un área de 100,98 m2. La organización de la empresa está conformada por 8 trabajadores y 6 operarios, así mismo la organización está constituida como una sociedad anónima cerrada. Para poner en marcha el proyecto se determinó una inversión total de 718 860 nuevos soles, determinándose que el 40% será financiado por una entidad bancaria y el 60% será aportado por los accionistas. Así mismo, se obtuvo que el VAN Económico = S/. 428 821 y VAN Financiero = S/. 514 445 son mayores a 0; y que la TIR Económica = 36% y TIR Financiero = 48%, son mayores al COK= 20.26%. Para finalizar, luego de realizar el estudio se concluye que el proyecto es viable social, técnico y económicamente.

The size of the plant was determined by the size-market relationship which is 131 293 bottles / year. In addition, it was calculated that the plant has a production capacity of 168 000 bottles / year. It was determined that the total area of the plant is 526,61 m2 and the production area has an area of 100,98 m2. The organization of the company is made up of 8 workers and 9 operators, likewise the organization is constituted as a closed corporation. To start the project, a total investment of 718 860 nuevos soles was determined, determining that 40% will be financed by a bank and 60% will be contributed by shareholders. Likewise, it was obtained that the economic net present value= S/. 428 821 and financial net present value = S/. 514 445; and that the economic internal rate of return = 36% and the financial internal rate of return = 48%, are greater than the COK = 20.26%. Finally, after conducting the study, it is concluded that the project is socially, technically and economically viable.
