Experiencia profesional en proyectos de sistemas

Abstract

En este informe voy a describir cómo se ha ido y se viene desarrollando mi experiencia laboral como Ingeniero de Sistemas; en donde he puesto en práctica los conocimientos técnicos y teóricos que adquirí durante mis estudios en la Universidad de Lima; además del aprendizaje continuo que he ido formando durante estos años con el objetivo de ir creciendo de manera personal y profesional. La selección de estos proyectos en los que he trabajado fue debido a que fueron retos grandes que tuve que afrontar, además de que significaron involucrarme en toma de decisiones importantes para la organización y también como en todo reto hubo varias lecciones aprendidas que siempre me van a servir en todas mis experiencias o retos próximos que vaya a tener. La carrera de Ingeniería de Sistemas en conjunto con las enseñanzas de la Universidad de Lima me han brindado una base sólida para afrontar los retos laborales que he tenido durante todos estos años; ya que a los estudiantes nos brindan una visión holística de todos los entornos u organizaciones, donde no solo nos tenemos que enfocar en lo técnico o lo que corresponde a nuestra profesión sino también involucrarnos en todo tipo de decisiones permitiéndonos estar aptos para laborar en cualquier rubro e interactuar con diferentes áreas. Como reflexión y retroalimentación es importante en todo proyecto tener desde un principio la definición correcta de los alcances y objetivos que se van a cumplir, como profesional de esta carrera tener una visión global para identificar los riesgos y acciones a realizar con los conocimientos que he venido desarrollando en este tiempo; veo con motivación un futuro retador para las nuevas experiencias que se vayan a presentar e ir aprendiendo las nuevas tecnologías que se van desarrollando y desplegando con el tiempo.

In this report, I will describe how my work experience as a Systems Engineer has developed and continues to establish. I put into practice the technical and theoretical knowledge that I acquired during my studies at the University of Lima, as well as the ongoing learning I have gained over the years, intending to grow both personally and professionally. These projects where I have worked were selected because they were significant challenges I had to face, and they also meant being involved in making important decisions for the organization. As with any significant challenge, there were several lessons learned that will always be useful to me in all my future experiences and challenges. The Systems Engineering career, combined with the teachings at the University of Lima, has provided me with a solid foundation for tackling the work-related challenges I've faced over the years. Because students are provided with a holistic view of all environments and organizations, where we not only focus on technical aspects or those relevant to our profession, but also become involved in all types of decisions, enabling us to be qualified to work in any field and interact with different departments. As a reflection and feedback tool, crucial project needs to have a clear definition of the scope and objectives to be met from the outset. As a professional in this career, I need a holistic view to identify risks and act based on the knowledge I've developed during this time. I'm motivated by a challenging future for the new experiences that will arise and to learn about the latest technologies that are developed and deployed during the time.
