Factores que influyen en la intención de renunciar en los trabajadores de la red de oficinas del BBVA

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como principal objetivo identificar, aplicando métodos estadísticos, las variables que han determinado la intención de renunciar de un trabajador de la red de oficinas del BBVA. El enfoque con el cuál se ha diseñado la investigación es de tipo Cuantitativo, de tipo aplicado, teniendo un alcance correlacional con diseño transversal. El instrumento elegido para el estudio fue una encuesta basada en el cuestionario de Maslach y la Teoría del Comportamiento Planificado de Ajzen, siendo así que se realizó a 77 trabajadores que cumplían con las condiciones adecuadas, entre hombres y mujeres que se encuentren trabajando de manera física en las oficinas de la red del banco BBVA en Lima y que tengan una antigüedad mayor a 6 meses. Finalmente, luego del análisis de los resultados estadísticos obtenidos se puede concluir que tanto el agotamiento laboral, las posibilidades de desarrollo y el clima laboral influyen en la intención de renunciar en los trabajadores de la red de oficinas del BBVA.

The main objective of this study is to identify, by applying statistical methods, the variables that have determined the intention to resign of an employee from the BBVA branch network. The approach which the research has been designed is Quantitative, of an applied type, having a correlational scope with a transversal design. The instrument chosen for the study was a survey based on the Maslach questionnaire and Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior. The survey was applied to 77 employees who met the appropriate requirements, between men and women who are working physically. in the offices of the BBVA bank network in Lima and are older than 6 months. Finally, after analyzing the results obtained, it can be concluded that job exhaustion, development possibilities and the work environment influence the intention to resign in the BBVA branch network employees.
