This business plan has been developed to evaluate the execution of an online teaching center, where synchronous preparation courses for Cambridge international English exams will be taught. In this regard, the courses that will be offered will be the following: B2 First and C1 Advanced, which will be aimed at people with an upper intermediate and advanced level of English, respectively. Moreover, the teaching methodology will focus on the constant practice of the 4 skills necessary to successfully pass the B2 First and C1 Advanced, which are the following: reading and use of English, writing, listening and speaking. In addition, the competitive advantage will be based on providing students with the following 3 benefits: flexibility in choosing course schedules (students will be able to choose different schedules for their course monthly), longer courses (6 months) and more practice with Cambridge model exams. Furthermore, the business´s source of income will be the monthly payment for six months that students will make for the classes they will receive. Regarding the strategic objectives that the company hopes to achieve, it can be stated that these cover human resources, commercial, financial and operational aspects. Finally, this business plan also included a financial analysis that concluded its profitability and viability.
