Evaluación de proyecto de restructuración de una fábrica de producción en Lima

Abstract

El presente trabajo abarca la evaluación para la reestructuración de una fábrica de producción de insumos secos y húmedos de pastelería y panadería. Esta investigación busca determinar a viabilidad económica del proyecto de restructuración de la fábrica de producción de la empresa Bakels Perú en lima utilizando herramientas financieras, incluyendo el Valor Actual Neto (VAN), la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) y el costo de Oportunidad del Capital. También analiza los estados financieros siguiendo las directrices de las Normas Internacionales de Contabilidad como la NIC1, NIC7 Y NIC16 que nos proporciona mayor claridad, coherencia y confianza de la información financiera a evaluar. Por último, se podrá contribuir con un mayor conocimiento sobre el sector de insumos de pastelería y panadería par futuras investigaciones dado el vacío existente de investigaciones previas en este sector. El estudio se centra en la evaluación financiera para la reestructuración de una fábrica de producción de insumos de pastelería y panadería en la provincia de Lima.

This work covers the evaluation for the restructuring of a factory producing dry and wet pastry and bakery supplies. This research seeks to determine the economic viability of the restructuring project of the production factory of the company Bakels Peru in Lima using financial tools, including the Net Present Value (NPV), the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and the Opportunity Cost of Capital. It also analyzes the financial statements following the guidelines of the International Accounting Standards such as IAS1, IAS 7 and IAS 16 that provide us with greater clarity, coherence and confidence in the financial information to be evaluated. Finally, it will be possible to contribute with greater knowledge about the pastry and bakery supplies sector for future research given the existing gap in previous research in this sector. The study focuses on the financial evaluation for the restructuring of a factory producing pastry and bakery supplies in the province of Lima.
