Informe de experiencia profesional calificada del proyecto de implementación de letreros luminosos en agencias del BCP

Abstract

El presente trabajo corresponde al área de Infraestructura del Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP), actual líder en el sector financiero con 135 años en el mercado, y tiene como objetivo explicar cómo se gestionó el proyecto de implementación de letreros luminosos a nivel nacional. Actualmente el BCP se encuentra en una etapa de transformación de sus agencias, asimismo tiene como objetivo mejorar la experiencia de sus clientes, desde el 2023 hay un plan agresivo para mejorar la imagen, varias áreas del banco están involucradas desde diferentes frentes buscando mejorar la infraestructura de las agencias. Previamente se analizó la problemática del estado de los letreros, también se identificaron las principales áreas comprometidas para buscar soluciones técnicas, como estéticas. En el 2023 se pudo efectuar 56 correctivos a nivel nacional de forma eficiente en tiempo de ejecución y costos. En el presente se cuenta con proveedores especializados, contratos con tarifarios, flujos de trabajo, información técnica y un nuevo estándar de luminarias leds para futuras intervenciones.

This report pertains to the Infrastructure division of Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP), current leader in the financial sector with 135 years in the market and has the purpose of explaining how the implementation of illuminated signs maintenance projects was managed nationwide. Currently, BCP is in a phase of transformation of its agencies, also aims to improve the experience of its customers, from 2023 there is an aggressive plan to improve the image, several areas of the bank are involved from different fronts seeking to improve the infrastructure of the agencies. Previously, the problem of the condition of the signs was analyzed, and the main areas of compromise were also identified to seek technical and aesthetic solutions. In 2023, 56 corrective actions were carried out nationwide in an efficient manner in terms of execution time and costs. Currently, BCP has established partnerships with specialized suppliers, standardized contracts, workflows, technical information, and a new illuminating sign standard for future interventions.
