Plan de negocios de "Constructora R & S Contratistas S.A"

Abstract

A través del presente Plan se estudió la factibilidad económica y financiera sobre la implementación del proyecto inmobiliario “Constructora R & S Contratistas S.A”, siendo que la población considerada fue de tipo A y B por poseer las características socioeconómicas necesarias para involucrarse en un proyecto de esta magnitud. La idea de esta empresa surge por su experiencia como subcontratista en la ejecución de obras con el estado durante cuatro años, identificándose una oportunidad de negocio en el desarrollo de un proyecto inmobiliario: un edificio multifamiliar en la ciudad de Lima. Este proyecto busca satisfacer la necesidad de vivienda primaria o para alquiler en la población antes identificada. Para llevar a cabo este estudio, se recurrió a una metodología de Plan de Negocio en donde se detallaron los diferentes planes, descripciones y análisis correspondientes en cuanto a objetivos, segmentación, operatividad, mercadeo y finanzas. Los hallazgos de este estudio demostraron que el Plan de Negocios desarrollado es factible y brinda rentabilidad a largo plazo, resulta innovador y atrayente al público, y cumple con los objetivos que se plantean a nivel económico y financiero.

Through this Plan, the economic and financial feasibility of the implementation of the real estate project "Constructora R & S Contratistas S.A." was studied, being that the population considered was of type A and B for having the necessary socioeconomic characteristics to be involved in a project of this magnitude. The idea of this company arises from its experience as a subcontractor in the execution of works with the state for four years, identifying a business opportunity in the development of a real estate project: a multifamily building in the city of Lima. This project seeks to satisfy the need for primary or rental housing in the population identified above. In order to carry out this study, a Business Plan methodology was used to detail the different plans, descriptions and corresponding analysis in terms of objectives, segmentation, operations, marketing and finances. The findings of this study showed that the Business Plan developed is feasible and provides long-term profitability, is innovative and appealing to the public, and meets the objectives set out at the economic and financial level.
