Integración de personal y productividad de los trabajadores de una empresa de servicios de venta de combustible, Lima - Perú, 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación surge con la necesidad de poder describir si el proceso de integración de personal presenta relación respecto a la productividad de los colaboradores, debido a ello resulta imprescindible poder indagar sobre los procesos de integración, así como los insumos necesarios para contar con una organización productiva generando un beneficio mutuo entre el colaborador y el empleador, ello resalta la importancia de los procesos de integración que se le brinda al colaborador. La presente investigación aplicó un estudio cuantitativo del tipo no experimental, es decir que las variables y dimensiones no fueron alteradas o manipuladas por el investigador, además y en concordancia con la revisión de fuentes bibliográficas, el estudio fue de alcance correlacional es decir que conforme a lo expuesto con el objetivo principal se busca determinar la relación de dos variables contando con una población y muestra de 15 colaboradores el cual hacen el total de miembros en la empresa, la cual se dedica al abastecimiento de combustible y servicios relacionados a la limpieza y preservación de vehículos móviles en la ciudad de Lima. La investigación conto para la recolección de los datos un instrumento validado por el estadístico de confiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach y mediante un juicio de expertos a cargo de los docentes de la Universidad de Lima, en ese sentido al contar con una muestra meno a 50 personas se utilizó el estadístico de Rho de Spearman el cual sirve para contrastar hipótesis determinó que la integración de personal se relaciona de forma significativa con la productividad del personal de la empresa de estudio contando con p= 0.010, lo que permitido aceptar la hipótesis alterna (H1) y poder descartar la hipótesis nula (H0), esta también presento un nivel de correlación débil con un Rho de Spearman de 0.485.

The present research arises from the need to be able to describe whether the personnel integration process presents a relationship with respect to the productivity of collaborators, due to this it is essential to be able to investigate the integration processes, as well as the necessary inputs to have a productive organization generating mutual benefit between the collaborator and the employer, this highlights the importance of the integration processes provided to the collaborator. The present research applied a quantitative study of the non-experimental type, that is, the variables and dimensions were not altered or manipulated by the researcher, in addition and in accordance with the review of bibliographic sources, the study was correlational in scope, that is, in accordance with The main objective of the above is to determine the relationship of two variables with a population and sample of 15 collaborators, which make up the total number of members in the company, which is dedicated to the supply of fuel and services related to cleaning and preservation. of mobile vehicles in the city of Lima. The research used an instrument for data collection validated by the Cronbach's Alpha reliability statistic and through an expert judgment by the teachers of the University of Lima, in that sense by having a sample of less than 50 people. Spearman's Rho statistic was used, which serves to contrast hypotheses. It determined that personnel integration is significantly related to the productivity of the personnel of the study company, with p = 0.010, which allowed the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (H1) and to be able to discard the null hypothesis (H0), this also presented a level of weak correlation with a Spearman's Rho of 0.485.
