Propuesta para la implementación de la norma ISO 45001 para mejorar la gestion de la seguridad y salud en la empresa Inversiones Agrícolas Fortaleza S.R.L.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en la empresa Inversiones Agrícolas Fortaleza S.R.L. en la cual se plantea la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo basándose en la Norma ISO 45001:2018. Esta empresa se dedica a la prestación de servicio de fuerza laboral humana para actividades agrícolas relacionadas al sembrado y corte de caña de azúcar en el distrito de Paramonga, Lima – Perú. En la actualidad la empresa no cuenta con un sistema de gestión lo que ha conllevado a ausentismo laboral por accidentes recurrentes y falta de cultura en seguridad y salud en el trabajo. En la presente tesis que consta de seis capítulos se definen las normativas a cumplir y lo requerido para la implementación del sistema de gestión de SST.

This research work was carried out in the company “Inversiones Agrícolas Fortaleza” S.R.L. in which the implementation of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System based on the Standard ISO 45001:2018. This company is dedicated to the provision of human workforce service for agricultural activities related to the sowing and cutting of sugar cane in the district of Paramonga, Lima – Peru. The company doesn't currently have a management system which has led to absenteeism due to recurrent accidents and a lack of culture in occupational safety and health. This thesis consists of six chapters, the regulations to be complied with, and the requirements for the implementation of the OSH management system are defined.
