| dc.description.abstract | en la formulación de políticas laborales y su impacto en la reducción de la brecha salarial de género. Se investiga cómo el liderazgo femenino en roles directivos y gerenciales se convierte en estrategias que fomentan la equidad, el empoderamiento y un entorno organizacional justo. La investigación se centra en la relación entre el liderazgo de las mujeres managers y la creación de políticas que buscan promover la igualdad salarial. Mediante un enfoque cuantitativo, se analizan tanto las medidas adoptadas por las directivas para favorecer a las empleadas como la dinámica de la relación interpersonal entre las gerentas y su equipo. Los hallazgos preliminares sugieren que la interacción directa que tienen las mujeres managers y el poder que tienen las mujeres directivas con un enfoque de liderazgo transformador inciden positivamente en la brecha salarial de género, a través de la percepción que tienen las mujeres empleadas. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | This study analyzes how women employees perceive the influence of women managers in the formulation of labor policies and their impact on reducing the gender pay gap. It investigates how female leadership in managerial and executive roles is converted into strategies that foster equity, empowerment, and a fair organizational environment. The research focuses on the relationship between the leadership of women managers and the creation of policies that seek to promote pay equity. Using a quantitative approach, it analyzes both the measures adopted by female managers first level to favor female employees and the dynamics of the interpersonal relationship between female managers second level and their team. Preliminary findings suggest that the direct interaction of female managers and the power of female managers first level with a transformational leadership approach have a positive impact on the gender wage gap, as perceived by female employees | en_EN |
