Abstract

La implementación del lodge en el Santuario Nacional de Huayllay representa un proyecto estratégico y complejo que busca capitalizar la creciente demanda de turismo de naturaleza y aventura en Perú, en donde debe cumplir altos estándares de sostenibilidad y respeto por el entorno que es el área natural protegido. El principal beneficio del negocio es ofrecer a los turistas nacionales una experiencia integral que combina naturaleza, confort y cultura, permitiéndoles desconectarse de la ciudad y reconectarse consigo mismos en un espacio cómodo y seguro. El lodge generará ingresos a través de los servicios de alojamiento en cabañas con los servicios básicos, en los tipos que ofrece son individuales, dobles y familiares. Variedad de actividades como visitas guiadas, escalamiento de rocas, paddleboard en la laguna, retiros de bienestar, incluyendo yoga al aire libre, espacio para talleres y zona de fogata. Respecto la parte financiera, si bien el Valor Actual Neto Económico (VANE) resulta positivo, la alta dependencia de los niveles de ocupación y la sensibilidad ante reducciones marginales en los ingresos representan un riesgo considerable. En este contexto, la sostenibilidad del modelo de negocio requiere no solo preservar la calidad diferenciadora de la experiencia de hospedaje, sino también optimizar de forma integral todas las fuentes de valor ya disponibles. Así, con ofrecer experiencias y servicios complementarios, en el futuro se espera que el lodge se pueda convertir en el punto base obligatorio para explorar el Santuario Nacional de Huayllay.
