Proyecto digital sin nudos una experiencia de comunicación para el arte y la salud mental

Abstract

En este documento se da cuenta del desarrollo del proyecto digital Sin Nudos, donde se reseña todas las etapas de desarrollo. Desde la motivación, llevada a la concepción de la idea a la definición de una línea gráfica y los contenidos para la página web, y la cuenta de Youtube. En el caso de los perfiles de Facebook, Instagram, y Twitter, son páginas en construcción, no están activas. Es por ello que se centra en la elaboración de las historias gráficas, la web y las entrevistas que van en el canal de Youtube, asimismo se deja un plan de lanzamiento y mantenimiento de los soportes mencionados. Siguiendo las historias gráficas, se hace primero una investigación de lo general a lo particular, comenzando con el cuidado de la salud mental en el mundo, para luego pasar con Latinoamérica, y puntualizar en el caso del Perú, tomando en cuenta la relación que existe entre la crisis sanitaria mundial del COVID-19 con la salud mental, es decir, sus efectos. La segunda parte consta de las realizaciones gráficas de las tres historias en las que cada participante presenta su confrontación con el dolor que una situación específica le causo, estando con depresión, o que este haya sido un desencadenante. Estas narrativas gráficas son hechas por artistas que han superado su depresión o están en proceso de superación de este. Todo, con el objetivo de mostrar que el desarrollo artístico sana y es un soporte ante esta enfermedad, no solo para el que lo realiza, sino también para el que lo ve, ya que le da otra perspectiva y entendimiento sobre ella. Asimismo, presentar experiencias reales de depresión para romper con los tabúes sobre el tratamiento de la salud mental y así poder hablar con sana naturalidad de ello en el entorno en el que nos encontremos.

This document shows the development of the digital project Sin Nudos. From motivation, taken to the conception of the idea to the definition of a graphic line and the contents for the website, and the YouTube account. In the case of the Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter profiles, they are pages under construction, they are not active. That is why it focuses on the development of graphic stories, the web and the interviews that go on the YouTube channel, as well as a launch and maintenance plan for the supports. Following the graphic stories, an investigation is first made from the general to the particular, beginning with mental health care in the world, and then moving on to Latin America, and specifying in the case of Peru, taking into account the relationship that exists between the global health crisis of COVID-19 with mental health, that is, its effects. The second part consists of the graphic realizations of the three stories in which each participant presents their confrontation with the pain that a specific situation caused them, being with depression, or that this has been a trigger. These graphic narratives are made by artists who have overcome their depression or are in the process of overcoming it. All, with the aim of showing that artistic development heals and is a support against this disease, not only for those who do it, but also for those who see it, since it gives them another perspective and understanding about it. Likewise, present real experiences of depression to break the taboos on mental health treatment and thus be able to speak healthily about it in the environment in which we find ourselves.
