Museo memorial del terrorismo en Ayacucho

Abstract

El proyecto se basa en generar una grieta en la tierra, una herida en el suelo que simbolice la herida que dejó el terrorismo entre los años 1980 y 2000 en la ciudad de Ayacucho. Una brecha social y cultural, así como también una abertura en el espacio - tiempo que permite al visitante viajar al pasado estando en el presente, pero siempre pensando en el futuro. El proyecto tiene la intención de generar un impacto tanto urbano como memorial, ser un hito importante de la ciudad, generar sentido de pertenencia e identidad y, fomentar el desarrollo de la memoria colectiva; con el objetivo de buscar la concientización, reflexión, inclusión y, sobre todo la reconcialiación en la sociedad Ayacuchana "para que no se repita".

The project is based on generating a crack in the earth, a wound in the ground that symbolizes the wound left by terrorism between the years 1980 and 2000 in the city of Ayacucho. A social and cultural gap, as well as an opening in space - time that allows the visitor to travel to the past while being in the present, but always thinking about the future. The project intends to generate both an urban and a memorial impact, be an important landmark of the city, generate a sense of belonging and identity, and promote the development of collective memory; with the aim of seeking awareness, reflection, inclusion and, above all, reconciliation in Ayacuchana society "so that it does not happen again."
