The Business Model for a Superfood Company based on Lean Startup Techniques, Digital Marketing, and PMBOK Guidelines
Abstract
The following research aims to develop a business model that applies business management tools such as Lean Startup, Lean Canvas, Digital Marketing, and PMBOK guidelines to ensure good sales performance. This research develops a minimum viable product to explore the inbound market and pivot when necessary to suit customer needs. An economic model is simulated to see how it could work in real-Time and the utility of the stakeholders. The research also evaluated; whether the incorporation of vitamins B6. B9 and B12 in a healthy cookie could improve the cognitive functions of juvenile students. In the end, it is observed that thanks to the creation of an economic model and its simulation, it could be viable in a real market, with an NPV of PEN 763,173. The contribution of the present article combines aspects of industrial engineering and investigation of vitamins b6, b,9, and b12 for the nurture of a brand-new product that aims to be a viable healthy snack that favors the cognitive aspect of juvenile students. While not generating side effects such as the dependency on product taurine, caffeine, and multiple substances ultimately harm the users nervous system.
