Centro de investigación, capacitación y desarrollo agropecuario en Callqui Grande, Huancavelica

Abstract

El proyecto del Centro de Investigación, Capacitación y Desarrollo de la Agricultura (CINCADE) busca resolver las limitaciones de la actual Estación Experimental de Huancavelica mediante una propuesta arquitectónica integral. El estudio analiza los aspectos esenciales —tanto físicos como culturales— necesarios para planificar una infraestructura agrícola moderna.

La propuesta plantea un programa contemporáneo que combine tecnología, materiales locales y la identidad cultural del lugar, promoviendo un desarrollo eficiente, sostenible y en armonía con el entorno natural. Asimismo, integra el patrimonio cultural de Huancavelica para fortalecer el vínculo entre la comunidad y el proyecto.

Ante las carencias de la estación actual, CINCADE ofrece una solución que mejora las condiciones existentes y proyecta un futuro renovado para el sector agrícola regional, posicionándose como un modelo de progreso sostenible y culturalmente arraigado.

The project of the Center for Agricultural Research, Training, and Development (CINCADE) seeks to address the limitations of the current Experimental Station of Huancavelica through a comprehensive architectural proposal. The study examines the essential elements—both physical and cultural—required to plan a modern agricultural facility.

The proposal presents a contemporary program that integrates technology, local materials, and the cultural identity of the site, promoting efficient, sustainable development in harmony with the natural environment. It also incorporates Huancavelica’s cultural heritage to strengthen the connection between the community and the project.

Given the shortcomings of the existing station, CINCADE offers a solution that not only improves current conditions but also envisions a renewed future for the region’s agricultural sector, positioning itself as a model of sustainable and culturally rooted progress.
