| es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to identify consumer behavior towards e-commerce in Metropolitan Lima. We consider the COVID-19 pandemic as a turning point for the development of this channel, as businesses had to rapidly implement e-commerce to keep their operations running due to the sudden closure of physical stores. This emergency situation, which occurred between 2019 and 2020, is no longer ongoing. However, this sales channel has become mandatory in the retail sector, and therefore, this research will be supported by theories that substantiate the claims of this thesis. On the other hand, the study adopts a quantitative approach with a correlational scope and a non-experimental design, aiming to determine if there is a relationship between the variables without intervening in their natural environment. The research results are based on relevant studies that support the hypotheses and provide solid conclusions regarding consumer behavior and its relationship with e-commerce in the second half of 2021. | en_EN |
