A la distancia. Entrevista a Renato Cisneros
Abstract
Una conversación con el escritor y periodista Renato Cisneros en la que, desde Madrid, el autor reflexiona sobre lo mucho que le viene favoreciendo la distancia en su ejercicio literario, además de explorar cómo hizo de su padre, el ‘Gaucho’ Cisneros, un personaje desde
los retazos de su pasado y cómo la novela “se aventura en los abismos de la relación entre un hijo y un padre”. También habla sobre sus referentes literarios, entre ellos Auster, (fundamental para La distancia que nos separa), y cuál es su principal motivación al momento de escribir: su obsesión por la complejidad humana. Recuerda, además, los meses que estuvo en el taller de poesía de la Universidad de Lima, donde conoció a José Carlos Yrigoyen y Diego Otero, llegó a vencer el pudor de leer sus poemas frente a los demás.
