Creación de una droguería para optimizar los costos y el abastecimiento de medicamentos de la cadena Pacífico Farma

Abstract

En la presente investigación se plantea la creación de la Droguería JLR, y la firma de un acuerdo de exclusividad como proveedor de la cadena de boticas Pacífico Farma. Se ha realizado una entrevista a los propietarios de los distintos establecimientos que componen la cadena para identificar las principales necesidades o con textos que faciliten el cambio de proveedores, encontrándose que mejores costos en la adquisición de los medicamentos y una optimización en la logística de distribución son razones suficientes para considerar a la idea que se desarrolla en el presente estudio como una alternativa viable habiéndose identificado los cinco productos de mayor rotación en la cadena. Es importante señalar que el contexto legal del Perú favorece a la idea de negocio, dado que el estado regula la venta de productos genéricos de marca. Con respecto al análisis financiero que respalda a la idea de negocio, las proyecciones y los indicadores obtenidos demuestran que se trata de un negocio rentable y sostenible en el tiempo a partir de una proyección específica a cinco años. En el presente estudio también se ha desarrollado la planificación detallada para la implementación e inicio de operaciones de la droguería, considerando el análisis de riesgos y la puesta en marcha bajo la regulación vigente.

In this investigation, the creation of the JLR Drug Store is proposed, and the signing of an exclusivity agreement as a supplier to the Pacífico Farma pharmacy chain. An interview has been carried out with the owners of the different establishments that make up the chain to identify the main needs or with texts that facilitate the change of suppliers, finding that better costs in the acquisition of medicines and optimization in distribution logistics are sufficient reasons to consider the idea developed in this study as a viable alternative, having identified the five products with the highest rotation in the chain. It is important to note that the legal context of Peru favors the business idea, given that the state regulates the sale of branded generic products. Regarding the financial analysis that supports the business idea, the projections and indicators obtained demonstrate that it is a profitable and sustainable business over time, based on a specific five-year projection. In this study, detailed planning has also been developed for the implementation and start of operations of the drugstore, considering the risk analysis and the start-up under current regulations.
