Roomie4u: aplicación enfocada en la experiencia del usuario para la búsqueda segura y precisa de roomies

Abstract

El contenido del presente trabajo es la creación del aplicativo denominado Roomie4U, la primera aplicación móvil peruana que tiene como primer propósito la oferta de habitaciones con las características que buscan los clientes potenciales y, como consecuencia y segundo propósito, busca ayudar a jóvenes universitarios en su búsqueda de encontrar al roomie con la habitación ideal para ellos. Esta aplicación permite al usuario crear un perfil con información breve que incluya su nombre, género y edad, al igual que gustos e intereses de ellos en segundo plano, en cambio, para el que oferta la habitación tendrá una descripción de lugar, cantidad de habitaciones, dueño y precio, gracias a los filtros mencionados se puedan obtener resultados más precisos que se visualizarán en un mapa; para luego, hacer match con su posible roomie, conversar a través de mensajes, seleccionar preguntas predeterminadas relacionados al tema de compartir cuarto, etcétera. Se busca que la aplicación sea segura al poder comprobar la identidad del usuario desde un inicio con un documento de identidad y reconocimiento facial o con el reconocimiento de gestos grabados en tiempo real. La app busca juntar la oferta y la demanda más no se hace responsable del acuerdo que establezcan ambas partes.

The content of this work is the creation of an application called Roomie4U, the first Peruvian mobile application whose first purpose is to offer rooms with the characteristics sought by potential customers and, as a consequence and second purpose, seeks to help young university students in their quest to find the roomie.
