| dc.description.abstract | El clima organizacional constituye un recurso clave para promover el bienestar psicológico y el compromiso laboral. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo revisar la evidencia empírica sobre la
relación entre el clima organizacional y el engagement en colaboradores de empresas del sector público y privado, desde la perspectiva del Modelo de Demandas y Recursos Laborales (JD-R).
Se elaboró el presente reporte siguiendo los lineamientos PRISMA, considerando estudios empíricos cuantitativos publicados entre
2006 y 2026 en las bases de datos Web of Science y Scopus, en español e inglés. Tras aplicar los criterios de elegibilidad, se seleccionaron diez artículos que evaluaron ambas variables. El
instrumento más utilizado para medir el engagement fue la Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), en sus distintas versiones, mientras que para el clima organizacional se emplearon escalas
como la Organizational Climate Measure (OCM) y la Psychological Safety Climate Scale. Los hallazgos evidencian una relación positiva y significativa entre el clima organizacional y el engagement en diversos países y sectores laborales, destacando el rol del clima como antecedente, mediador o moderador del

| dc.description.abstract | Organizational climate constitutes a key resource for promoting psychological well-being and work engagement. The present study aimed to review empirical evidence on the relationship between organizational climate and engagement among employees in public and private sector organizations, from the perspective of the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) Model. This report was prepared
following the PRISMA guidelines., including quantitative empirical studies published between 2006 and 2026 in the Web of Science and Scopus databases, in both Spanish and English. After applying the eligibility criteria, ten articles assessing both variables were selected. The most frequently used instrument to measure engagement was the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) in its different versions, while organizational climate was primarily
assessed using instruments such as the Organizational Climate Measure (OCM) and the Psychological Safety Climate Scale. The findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between organizational climate and engagement across different countries and work sectors, highlighting the role of climate as an antecedent, mediator, or moderator of work engagement. | en_EN |
