Educación y entretenimiento para niños usando marketing de experiencias: caso Divercity
Abstract
Divercity es una empresa fundada en Colombia que desembarcó en Perú en enero del 2011 basada en los conceptos de educación y entretenimiento, donde niños entre los 3 y 13 años juegan en más de 50 atracciones diferentes, reproduciendo la vida cotidiana de una ciudad y planteando juegos de roles en los que los niños participan para solucionar situaciones o simplemente para vivir como grandes. Este caso muestra al lector el modelo de Edu-Entretenimiento, que permite a los participantes ser educados acerca de diversos temas, incluso pudiendo influenciar en el comportamiento y los valores de las personas, generando una gran oportunidad para que empresas éticas y comprometidas con la niñez, se acerquen a los niños de manera responsable mejorando la experiencia de los visitantes y apostando por el marketing de experiencias. Finalmente, para afianzar lo aprendido, se propone aplicar los conceptos de Edu-Entretenimiento en otros casos prácticos.
