Esta iniciativa es parte de un conjunto de actividades enfocadas en contribuir con el desarrollo del país mediante herramientas digitales que faciliten la difusión y el acceso a la información. En tal sentido, la mayor parte del contenido se encuentra en acceso abierto con licencias pertinentes de protección de derechos de autor.
